Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Used or washed bedding products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
Provide a replacement, or
Issue a full refund (including original shipping cost)
Restocking fees and return shipping costs will not apply in these cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
